– Customized, energized, or personalized products are non-returnable.

– Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs
– Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
– If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with photographs.
