Rudraksha (रुद्राक्ष) is a sacred seed traditionally used as a prayer bead in Hinduism, Buddhism, and spiritual practices. It comes from the fruit of the Elaeocarpus ganitrus tree, primarily found in the Himalayan region, Nepal, India, and Indonesia.

Meaning: "Rudra" is another name of Lord Shiva, and "Aksha" means eye. So Rudraksha means “eye of Rudra (Shiva).”
